Cannabis is Better Than Alcohol. Let’s Treat it That Way!

Are you a cannabis user? Or are you still spoiling your health by consuming alcohol?

Well, the debate on if alcohol is better or cannabis has been going on since the times incomprehensible. But the recent studies suggest that the greeny leaf may actually be a much healthier alternative. And owing to this, we are seeing a huge spike in the number of people applying for 420 evaluations Chino Hills.

Still skeptical? Here are a few facts in favor of marijuana in this battle of marijuana vs. alcohol.

Overdosing

Alcohol, in itself, isn’t really fatal. However, it may prove to be so. Do you know alcohol leads nearly 88 thousand people to their untimely death? And majority of these deaths are due to binge-drinking.

On the contrary, the cannabis world hasn’t seen even a single death in its entire history. As per the research, you need to consume a huge amount of THC, within a small span, for it to be lethal.

Addiction

You perhaps have heard of people becoming addicted to alcohol. People of almost all age, sex, and class are becoming the target of this problem alike. And the problem here is that when a person becomes alochol addict, their closed ones suffer more than the person. Also, if you try quitting, alcohol addiction has some really painful withdrawal symptoms.

Cannabis, on the other hand, isn’t an addictive. Now, you may have heard of people binging on cannabis too. But that’s very rare phenomenon. In fact, the herb is being used as a treatment against other harmful addictions, including heroin and opiods.

Accidents

Surveys suggest that road accidents are more prominent in a cannabis-friendly state as compared to non-legalized. And this vaguely points to the fact that marijuana causes accidents. However, that’s not a surity. I mean yes, there is a corelation between marijuana and road accidents. But that doesn’t mean cannabis causes road accidents.  Well, there is a possiblity. But still, it isn’t proven.

On the other hand, we have number of reports of alcohol-derived accidents. Do you know, almost 30 people die every day in the US due to drunk driving.

But hey, this doesn’t mean you can drive under the influence of cannabis in any case. Cannabis, you must remember, can alter your cognitive thinking capabilies. And thus, it’s not safe to drive a vehicle after consuming the herb.

Obesity

Okay, alcohol, in general, doesn’t lead to obesity. However, it may add up to your overall calorie consumption very quickly. This is especially true when you are consuming it with carbonated or some other sugary drinks. This way, alcohol may add up to your weight very easily. And being overweight, as you perhaps already know, may lead to the development of various other serious issues, including hypertension, blood pressure, diabetes, etc.

Now, with cannabis, you won’t have to face any such issues. Yes, there is a concept of munchies here. But you can easily avoid it by altering your strain choice. In fact, experts say if you consume a strain with some THCV content, you may even be able to lose some weight.

Still consuming alcohol? I think you should think about your health now and make a switch to cannabis today.
